Potassium sorbate

Meanwhile, it can not restrain useful microoraganim growth as Anaerobic spore-bearing bacilli, acidophil therefore to lengthen food store period and remain food original flavor. The preservative efficiency of potassium sorbate is 5-10 times sodium benzoate.
